Processing Time 
All Beyond the Wall products are handmade with care. • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. • Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer; if so, we’ll notify you via email.

Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from Darley Dale, Derbyshire  • After placing your order, select Local Pickup at checkout. • We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Beyond the Wall is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply to international shipments. Customers are responsible for any delays or fees caused by customs.


Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive your shipping confirmation within 7 business days, please contact us at nicole@beyond-the-wall.co.uk

Damages We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged: • Please contact us immediately at nicole@beyond-the-wall.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
